JB'Z Local Eatz was born from a simple belief: great food doesn't need a fancy building. Chef Jerry Burton brings years of passion for cooking to the streets of Sandwich, Illinois — serving real food with real flavor right out of his truck.
From perfectly smashed burgers to slow-braised birria tacos, every dish on the JB'Z menu is made to order with quality ingredients. Jerry started the truck to give the community access to bold, satisfying food at prices that make sense.
Find the truck Tuesdays at Lee'z Place (3:30–9pm), Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Marathon Gas Station by Lake Holiday (6–11pm), and Fridays & Saturdays at Lee'z Place (10:30pm until 3am or whenever the bar closes). Follow on Facebook for schedule updates, specials, and catering announcements.
